ABOUT

Great Coffee begins here....

What's in your CUP?

We only roast to order; selecting different origins of coffee, varietals, and coffee processing is what we enjoy as a micro-roaster. We roast specific coffees in the quantity ordered, and we ship them the same day.

Traceability

Our coffees are completely traceable. We are committed to providing you the most comprehensive information. You can either have a chat with us on one of our coffee tasting events or from this website on best ways to brew a specific coffee, about the producer and the processor.

Roast Profile

We roast profile coffees and select the best profile in blind cupping. Each roast profile is carefully crafted to guarantee a consistency.

Resting Coffee before you cup it

Freshly roasted coffee contains carbon dioxide (CO2) that gives the cup a roasty and metallic taste. We recommend letting coffee rest for at least 3 days after roast for both filter brews and espresso brews. The peak of aromas happens during the first 3 weeks after roasting.

Q Grading!

Being a Q-Grader Roaster (A certified coffee grader from Coffee Quality Institute (CQI)), we provide quality scores after roasting and blind cupping the coffee lots that has been delivered to us. The price is then set primarily on the basis of the quality score, and the cost of the green coffee is a secondary factor. We do value a micro or nanolot, a rare coffee and we pay a premium for securing greens with only few bags available worldwide but you still pay for what's in your cup and not for fancy jargon around processing coffee or otherwise. We put the quality score on our coffee label, so that you can also ascertain the quality and distinguish it for yourself. As a coffee connoisseur this helps you build your own mental comparative library of various coffees that you taste with us.
